Mac app still showing free account after changing subscription to Premium

Just changed my subscription to premium but still getting ads in the mac app and gives me the option to upgrade. If I click it ,it says that I am a premium member. I have quit and relaunched the app but still no joy. Please advise. Very irritating!!
