spotify wasnt accepting my payment.......

then i got 5 emails that my credit card was charged 4.99 5 times..I've sent a form but it takes way to long I want all my money back to get the premium service instead of the unlimited

Can't access my Spotify!

I can open up Spotify, and log in. However then I have "Spotify Loves Social" pop up. The item doesn't load properly, and if I click the "x" to close it, Spotify itself shuts down too. This has been going on for a while now. Help?
