been a month since i contacted support, still no response

been a month since i contacted support, still no response

i contacted support well over a month ago, but have yet to receive a response. i simply asked if they could unlink my spotify acc with my psn because i lost access to it (and no, pressing ‘disconnect all devices’ or whatever doesn’t work). honestly i pay for their service, i should not have to wait this long for a response? fine if they can't do it but at least respond. is this waiting time really normal?

Normal waiting time is within 48 hours, but it can occasionally go longer. In your case, however, could you try reaching out again? The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. As I said, they usually respond within 48 hours!
