A couple of months ago i downgraded from spotify unlimmited to free because money was getting tight. but yet i have still been charged with two months payments on a free subscription. i dont understad as everywhere on my acount it says that i have a free acount and there is no money transaction set up. please help me change this, and get back the stolen money.
