I have discovered I am being charged £4.99 for unlimited on the 2nd of each month AND Premium on the 15th. As far as I am aware I only have one account and upgraded recently to premium - can you investigate?
Indeed, very odd considering Unlimited isn't actually available anymore 😛
Submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into sorting that out for you. If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
