hi Spotify,

 

I have only just niticed that i have been getting charged to use spotify premium, but when i log on to spotify to check my account status, it says im on the free trial package??

how do i go about getting my money back, as i have never used the spotify app, and did not know i had joined?? i can not find a contact email, a number to call or any way to cancel my account online??? please get back to me!!

It says in help topics that all i need to do to cancel, is go to the subscriptions tab on my accounts page, and the cancel option is there???? BUT ITS NOT???
