billed twice in month and had cancelled my account

billed twice in month and had cancelled my account

Yeah I had tried spotify as a premium member but decided I would go with someone else. Not that Spotify is not a good service just needed to streamline things. I checked my latest bank statement and noticed that not only had I been charged twice in one month, but also one charge was after I cancelled. What is going on? And why the hell do they not list a customer service phone number? Never seen a company who doesnt have a phone number,

If so this looks like to be a bug within the Spotify system.

Why should I trust that spotify will do anything if they cant cancel a membership and bills someone twice in the same month

correction they did cancel my premium membership.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Please be patient it can take up to 48 hours for them to reply to any email sent, You have to remember these guys most likely get loads of emails, as Sam said above he has replied now.

Also when you emailed, it was most likely night time, even the guys at spotify need to sleep and have brakes.

You could say it's like a restaurant, it's better to wait a little longer for your food, then not waiting so long and it turns out to be un-cooked.

Basically I am saying there, It's better to wait for them to reply instead of them rushing the email and let it be unneat and not understandable.

If that makes any sense to you.

Thanks
Liam
