can i change the date i get billed, without deactivating, and then reactivating my account again?

 

and why is there no direct way to reach the support instead of this BS " pick alternatives " .. are you ppl THAT lazy? maybe you should have picked another job where you might not have to do alot of stuff!

The billing date is usually one month after the day you signed up for premium.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
