how do you get some one at spotify to actuallt talk to you or at least respond to your emails

Hi there and welcome to the community,

 

Spotify often replies within 24 hours, often sooner. Have you received an e-mail confirmation with a Support Case number? If so, could you reply to that e-mail?

 

Please let me know how it goes, and if you have any futher questions.

have not recieved a case number but i was awarded a badge    who cares about a badge     lets get customer service on the line!!!!!!!!!!!

well its been way over 24 hours and still no reply from spotify 

this leaves me no other way but to end my subscription and bill spotify for their idiotic 

automation .

i will also post a blog to let everyone know how they operate and lack of customer service

i finally found a way to chat with a rep but they refused to help
due to their automated billing methods their computer continually keeps
trying to get paid even though you have changed the account where they can
draw funds from
so their computer tries to get money from an account that has been disabled
but then the bank computer see no money in the account and creates an NSF
charge
and during the rest of the month spotify tries to get paid many times
causing many NSF charges

you would think if spotify cant get paid they would call,text,email ,smoke
signals ,even a notice thru their app
i will UN subscribe and post a blog that will warn subscribers about
Spotify billing practices

i could see if this was my fault but after having had my account subject
to fraud during the holidays i did the right thing and changed the way
people and companies got paid

resetting my paypal account back in January so that spotify could get paid
from a different account
still they kept trying to pull money out of an in active account causing
more bank charges

Spotify doesn't want to help subscribers just get their money no mater how
much harm they cause

i will point out in my blog that there are many more services that charge
way less than spotify for the same service
