blank page when trying to subscribe

I am trying to subscribe to the premium account , i select paypal , i sign in ,and every thing goes well , then PayPal sends me back to the spotify site and i get a blank page , black header with spotify logo and the rest is white ??
it's been like this for months .

It's not cool that this happens. Can you give it a shot using an incognito window with Chrome?

If it's still not working, let us know and we'll see what else to suggest.

i did try it in incognito , same thing happens.
there are some details that might be related : i tried subscribing in USA , however my paypal account is linked to a prepaid card from a bank out side of USA , can this be the cause of the problem ?
