can 2 people people listen to the same Spotify account at the same time

I  have a student account and I was wondering if two people could listen the same Spotify account at once if not then how can only two people listen to the acount at the same time?

At the moment, you can only stream from one device per account, regardless of the account type 🙂 They'll need to create their own Spotify account to stream their fav tunes! If they live at the same address, have a look at Spotify Premium for Family - a really discounted rate for Premium on 6 accounts: https://spotify.com/family

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Yep, just make sure they're logging in to their own Spotify accounts (with their own separate login details). If you have Amazon or Sonos speakers, make sure the correct Spotify account is linked to them.
