can no longer access Spotify

I cancelled Premium subscription to continue Spotify membership through Vodafone. Now I can't log in anymore to the app. I can log in on website but not into the app. I've changed password, logged out everywhere, cleared cache, uninstalled and re-installed. Nothing.
Any help gratefully received!

Since you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps,

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

 

If for some reason the contact form doesn't work when signed into the website, use this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/

(this only applies to the anonymous contact form linked) Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account when using the contact form or the username and email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in.

Yep that's where I got all my ideas for troubleshooting. Nothing worked.
