can not change my mail and info. prohibition sign

hi i am a family member and i can not change my mail (and all the other informations on my profile) of spotify. I see a prohibition sign on my info. The mail will be deleted soon, and I can not access it anymore. 

My account was not linked to my facebook. I tried to, but I can not log in with facebook. 

I can only login with my old mail and password, or with the username.

Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your account was created using Facebook. If you can't log in using Facebook, I'd recommend you have a password reset here with the email linked to your account. You should then be able to log in using your email and password.

Since your account was created using Facebook, you can't change your email address from your Spotify account page. If you want to change the email address linked to your account, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify Support here.
