can not log inn or reset password

I suddenly can not log in anymore. I tried the "forgot password" link and got a "A message has been sent to you by email with instructions on how to reset your password." , but I received no email.

Also checked the spam folder.

Also specifically added admin@news.spotifymail.com as a safe sender.
