can't access my account

Hello,

i can't access my Spotify Account anymore. I can't use the mail address anymore, because i just have the mail adresss for 3 years.

I also forgot my password.

Now I don't know what to do about it. I want to cancel my premium account, but I just don't know how.

Any ideas?

You can cancel sunscription via your Bank account's setting or deny subscribtion in PayPal web site (if you paid by PayPal).

Thanks for coming to the  Community. I'd recommend checking out this Support article on how to cancel your Spotify subscription. If you can't access your account, you can also use this form to cancel your Premium subscription.
