My Question or Issue

I have changed cellphones. I installed spotify on new phone but now have a fee account although I am making monthly payments. I have tried logging out and back in several times using different options but still the free version keeps loading. How do I reconnect to my premium account?

Hey @bobmash ,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number login with Facebook!
