can't access spotify account

Spotify community/support,

I have been unable to sign in or access my spotify music/account on any of my devices that were previously setup to use spotify. I was unable to reset my password as I recieve the message that my account does not exist when I provide my username. I can't even login through facebook anymore. It's as if my account was somehow deleted? I was unable to find any solutions online. I'm still paying for my account and have confirmation of all my payments through my credit card. I'v had my premium account ever since spotify came to the USA.

I would appreciate some help...
