When i try to cancel my premium membership it just says that my password is incorrect. I am logging on through facebook, I do not understand why this keeps happening. PLEASE HELP!!!

Any users that are unable to cancel after 1. changing their browser and 2. signing out of Facebook should fill out our contact form

 

@peakmember- I've just opened a case for you. Have a look in your personal inbox--should be a message from us waiting for you. 

 

I have tries everything suggested on here and none of it works. Are you butt-heads that hard up for money? I think a class action lawsuit is called for!!

I am having the same problem. IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING. Can someone sue this company? I will be charged tomorrow so I need to cancel it today. I even tried the contact form and it didnt go through after I wrote down 3 long paragraphs. please help

wow! I must say that I have never been screwed sideways with a pineapple up my ass with no lube before i tried to cancel my subscription to this **bleep** website.   It's all a run around just to get you of your money.  I have tried 2 different browsers than the one I am on and it still says the same **bleep**ing thing tat it can't recognize my password.  I just wanna give a big BRAVO to you spotify asslicks on screwing me out of my money for something I thought I could use but can't.  Hope everyone else is able to cancel their subscriptioins from this **bleep** site that I will NOT recommend to anyone anytime soon.

If you have cancelation errors, do not panic. Just sit down and Google for answer. Spotify has answered this for 1,000 times.

 

Again. Try another web browser for cancel or just log out from Facebook before you cancel.

says the person that gets paid from **bleep**ify to say that stuff right?  guess what?  you can't read!  I have done all that!  Still nothing.  what shoud i do now genius?

Try to change password then or contact via Contact form.

Amish - Hpguru's right. If you have tried logging out of Facebook and trying through an alternative internet browser, and it's still not working, it's best to contact our payments team. They'll sort it for you. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'.

I cant cancel my subscription either and i have already tried all of the suggestions mentioned above. Everytime i type my password into the facebook (redirected page for ID authentification) i am redirected again to the "your subscription" page which STILL SAYS

"You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged 9,99 € on 2012-08-12 unless you cancel your recurring payment."

 

please fix this!

I have been waiting for five days now, but no answer from your support. My case number is: 00343433.

Since I´m not using Spotify at all I wanted to cancel my premium subscription but it seems impossible because I don´t have a facebook account any longer.. I deleted it for about 7 months ago and had no idea that I had to use facebook to cancel spotify.

What do I do? I can´t type a password I don´t have.

There is no way for me to delete my cardnumber either.

Please help me!!

No, I did not recieve any email from support =/. I have been checking my email everyday (also deleting every spam-mail one by one to not miss it). All I got was a "customer satisfaction email".

Is it possible for you to send it again?

I am having the same problem how we suppose to cancel I feel like I have to get the police involved or sum thing it keeps saying my password is wrong I just made the account today I put random email making it so I can't chane password it's bull**bleep** they need to have calling number or sum thing seriously so disappointed

I need help now!!!!!!!!
