My Question or Issue

I've been trying to get my extended data, and I have to confirm my email, but I am unable to open the link to confirm it. It says it failed to find the server.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend giving it a try on another device and/or in another browser. 

If that also doesn't work, please try it while connected to a different internet connection and not using any VPN/Proxy.
