can't link my spotify account to tinder via any given option (facebook, google or email). Facebook gives an error code, signing in with google only opens browser version of spotify, and email asks captcha, and after captcha it gives an error code and suggests to try again, which doesn't help.

Can you try linking it through the Tinder website instead of the app?

Also, if you've signed up to Spotify via Facebook, you can try logging in with the email address registered in your account and your password instead of the Facebook option to see if that makes a difference.
