can't locate my premium account

Hello everyone,

 

I have a problem I couldn't solve.

I can't access my daughter Premium membership anymore (I guess she signed off without even noticing and now we can't get in anymore).

I tried all emails addresses and Facebook accouts to no avail.

I might be mistaken but I don't even remember having supplied an email address in the first place when we started her free membership, but I could be mistaken.

Anyway, I still get the monthy billing but can't use the service.

Does anyone know how I can trace the account? The only other option I have otherwise is to drop my credit card for a new one, but that will be a bit of a painful process.

I found a code in the monthly billing and supllied it to office@spotify.com but beig that a general email address for all Europe (or even the world) I don't trust anyone wll get back to me soon

 

I hope for some of you to have some kind of miracle solution to this

Before we take any further steps, i would like you to use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.

 

Waiting to see what you find 

thank you I didn't see there was still an option to find the alphanumeric username. With that I contacted the service and they could help me out.
