can't log in

hi, im on my mac and i have a premium account. i accidentally logged out of it, and because i made the account in grade 5 with an email i no longer have access to, i can't get in. i don't remember my password, not really sure how i logged in on this computer in the first place. is there anything i can do? i just made a new account so i could listen & post on here.
