can't log into spotify

My Question or Issue

 Can't log into my spotify app not using facebook nor entering username and password. After a while a error code shows up saying something like service temporarily unavailable (error code 2). On my mobile phone the spotify app is working fine while using the same account. 
-Tried reinstalling

-My internet is fine though a new modem is installed recently

-Went through the loggin troubleshooting checklist

I want us to try a few steps together.

First of all please open an incognito web page, visit the Spotify web pageand  try to log in to your account through the web player.

let me know how you did so we can move on from there 😃
