can't loggin or change my password, you spotify don't send me the password reset mail. so im stuck... it's on this username: stickan1

Hey @cptluvlace have you checked your spam filter for that email as well? Please be sure you're entering your email address on the password reset page (not your username).

Even when I try to go to the password reset page, the same problem happens -  "This webpage is not available".
