can't login, can't change payment method-premium user

Hello,

 

I've been a premuim user for five years, and I've been locked out of my account for five days.  I can't login, I can't change my location, I can't change my payment method, I can't deactivate my account.  When I attempt to login from the web, the page goes to a redirected loop.  When I try to login from the app, it says I can only be logged in from my current location for fourteen days. This all happened after I attempted to change my payment details. I want my spotify back. I'm going crazy on transportation without music. help. please.

Hey there and thanks for reaching out in the community!

This doesn't sound right. Could someone have hacked into your account? Have you tried logging into your account through another browser or via the incognito window in your current one?
If it persists, I'd advice to use the contact form and have someone from the Spotify staff take a look for you. Make sure to reply to any automated email you'll receive that directs you back to the help pages, even if it's a no-reply.
Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
