can't login -- hacked

Hello,

This morning when I opened the spotify app on my computer, I was logged out of my account.  When I tried to log back in, it says it was my password was incorrect.  I was also logged out of my iPhone.  I tried to reset my password, but I did not receive an email so I believe someone either changed the email linked to the account or I no longer have access to the email that I used to set up the account.  I did not change my Spotify password so I believe I was hacked.  I sent an email to the Spotify support email but they told me to post on here.  (I am currently using a different spotify account to post this because I can't get into my old one)

What can I do to retrieve my account?
