can't login into premium account. forgot email an password.

so I upgraded to premium on an old account I forgot I was using. an only wanted it for the month when I went to login to the site to cancel it since it was an old account I forgot the email I used for it as well as the pw. i know only the username and credit card info  how is one supposed to recover such an account. and/or cancel the sub at least.

If you have previously connected Facebook with your Spotify account, you can try logging in using Facebook credentials. 

If you still can't log in, please contact Spotify directly through this contact form; 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
