can't login on other devices

I have a premium account on my phone but i can't login on other devices. Every time I try to change my password i get no email but if i try it on my other account i do get an email. I tried changing my password by filling in my username but I still dont get an email. I can't remember my password or emailadress for the premium account. If i open my spotify app on my phone and go to settings and then to support i see my other account. Like is see that there is a different username then on my app which is weird because i go via the app to support.
