can't login on win 7

Installed the app for Win7 from here https://www.spotify.com/us/download/other/
But I just can't login.
Tried to use Web player, I can login there but playback stops after 10 seconds, have to reload the page, and again , only 10sec playback

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, the Spotify desktop app no longer supports Windows 7. You need Windoww 10 or 11 🙂

The web player should still work though, as long as you're using an up-to-date browser. I recommend giving it a try using a different browser. You can also try it on a different device.
