can't login or reset password

I can't login into my account. Also password reset doesn't work. If I press "send" for de reset just an error message shows up. Additionally I got an email that I canceled my premium membership, which I have not.

What can I do?

For your password reset, you should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

That should give you access to your account again.
