I know that doesn't sound good, but the issue is occurring, I suppose, in the Spotify database. So, I suggest that you wait a few hours before try again.

In addition, you can be in touch with the Customer Support team for Artists to get more information about it.

Same here...more people facing this issue for days now.
Guess it is an issue at the side of Spotify, which needs to be fixed.
