My mother doesn't remember the pasword of her spotify account en she also doesn't know what emailadres she used. She has a smartphone of samsung en the email adres isnt mentioned in the accountinformation. She doesn't have facebook so i don't know what to do now.

If your mother is still with her account logged in, please, tell her to go to this page, it displays her e-mail address.

Alternatively, she can try to reset password using her username instead and then check her e-mail accounts to see which one her Spotify account belongs to.

When you have no access to facebook or your email then you can ask the support team. Propably they can help you. If not, you only can open a new account. 

Spotify needs a way to verify, that its your account so they need your wmail or facebook.
