can't login

I have an account where I am always logged in on my iPhone. Once I tried to log in with my email and password on my laptop, another account was shown up which is a fake one I think. I have spotify premium and I don't know what to do because the strange thing is, it looks like that my regular account on my iPhone with premium is not based on my correct email but also not on facebook. What can I do to get my data's or my email I used for this account?

1. please open your iphone app and go to your settings.
2. Then go to account.
3. There you should see your account name.
4. Now go to the Spotify account page here.
5. There you can find the correct email-address.

thanks for your quick response! But unfortunately it doesn't work. I got the information that they send me an email to get a new password, but I didn't get any. Could I also connect my Facebook account with spotify to get access?

please try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device.

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Also make shure to instert your email address in all lowercase.
