My Question or Issue

Hi, just wanted to add my child to PremiumPlan, sent him an invite,  but can’t register his account. All needed info (names, dob, email) is provided but I still see a „spinning circle”. Tried on my mobile device and PC. The same.

Could you try this using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, try using a different internet connection.

 

If you're still having issues, please send me a screenshot of the error messages being shown so I can take a look on my end.
