can't reset password, links aren't working

My partner's premium spotify account stopped working, and she forgot her password.

When we go through the password reset, it sends her an email to reset the password, but once clicked it says that the link is invalid or has been used already.. and this happens 10, 20, 30 times in a row, links just aren't working.

She has been paying for the premium upgrade for ages and now she's unable to use this service.

Can i get a reply for this? Isn't this forum the supposed spotify customer service?

What should we do? Unsubscribe? Terrible customer service..
