can't see the left menu bar

Hi, I can't see the left menu bar (web browser) and therefore can't retrieve my receipts. Who knows how to get there?

Hope you're doing great!

 

Could you make sure you followed these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click Receipts in the menu on the left.
  3. Click VIEW next to a transaction to see more details. 

 

If that didn't help, could you try using another browser or incognito mode? If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
