My Question or Issue

 i have another account which is on premium and for some reason i can't sign in, and my card was charged for a month that i did not even use, i am trying to cancel this and get a refund but to no avail, i dont even have the spotify app! please help!

Hello @BobbyH85!

 

Do you have access to the email address/Facebook account your account was created with? Also, do you remember your password? If not I'd recommend having a password reset.


If you have a Facebook-created account, you should be able to reset your Spotify password without changing your Facebook one.

tryed, it wont sign in to any facebook i have ever had.

I'd recommend recommend checking out this Support article about trouble logging in. Also, do you get an error message when you try to log in?
