We understand that you're experiencing some sort of issue with your location. If you're currently in the country that matches your account, then you should just log in to the mobile or desktop apps so your location can be verified. You can do the log out/ log in step two times in a row as this also triggers a refresh between your account and our servers. See if this will shake things up for you.
If the above doesn't help then it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This install process is more thorough than the usual one, so please follow the linked steps.
