can't update country

can't update country

I have some problems with my account. I'm from Chile and the account was created when i was in US. So I'm not able to change country anymore. And is a big problem for me because I use Spotify for work! The case # 02912696...

Hope someone can help me as soon as possible!

Hi, Jfcotoledo, this is an ongoing issue for free users, and that thread will help you. If you are a premium user, to change you settings you will want to go into your billing preferences and edit your country through there. Best of luck!

I can't even open that link. Btw I'm a free user and I can't update my country.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
