can't use Premium account on device

I have a premium account, and have been listening to Spotify on my android phone since I set up the account. Around a month ago it stopped working on my phone. I can sign in by Facebook on my Mac, but not on my phone. When I click connect via Facebook, it gives me a 'web page not available'notice. I have forgotten my username and password, as I always log on via Facebook. When I request a new password for my device, using the email connected to my facebook and Spotify, [Snip-Email(Privacy)-Peter], no email appears, in inbox or spam.

Help appreciated!

Hi. Can you update or reinstall the facebook app on your mobile and see if you can then use the facebook login.
