cancel account that i cant access due to FB. spotify not helpful so very poor

So my spotify was linked to my facebook which as i stated above can no longer access which is also to do with their poor customer services (very similar to this), the problem has been ongoing and i tried to find a solution without having to use the 'community' now i am at the end of my tether with the situation. All i want is to now cancel my subscription and delete that old account so i dont keep making a useless payment. So if anyone actually works for spotify and can actually do some about this it would be very much appreciated.
Also kind of business on the scale of spotify does not have a telephone customer services line!!! Problems would be easier for so many people speaking to a person rather than stupid results on a help form.
