cancel premium

I've been trying to cancel my premium subscription but it keeps saying I have an incorrect password, mind you I've just used the password to sign in to my account, but it will not accept it.

You need to contact Spotify Support here:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Select these Options:
Subscriptions -> I want to cancel my Premium subscription and switch to Spotify's free service -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
