I canceled my account 2 months ago and am still getting charged on my card for premium account

Hey @jamiedanellexox, thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. 

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription. 

have it,. canceled it back in July
