canceled premium but was still charged!!!!!

 

Hey,

 

I had the three month trial for spotify premium which was supposed to end today. I had cancelled the subcription last night to make sure i was not charged for the month of april. However, I checked my bank account and I was charged $9.99 for the month and I clearly have evidence that I cancelled the premium on time. How can i take that back?

Yes I received an email of confirmation for the cancellation of premium.

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly 🙂

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
