cancelled account yet still charged

I cancelled my accout. I went through to the end even filling out feedback. I just received notification that i've been charged again for this month and my account has been re-enabled. Please reverse the charges, i have also filled an unauthorised transaction with pay pal.

Unfortunately, Spotify don't deal with any billing or payment issues here on the community due to the nature of the details involved. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can contact the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to assist you further with this. If you get an automated no-reply message, you should reply anyways and someone on the spotify staff will respond.

It may be possible that a duplicate account was made somehow, but the Spotify Staff should be able to tell you more definitely.
