hi i cancelled my subscription last month but money is still being taken out of my account. ive cancelled it again today but how can i get money back?

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
@louiserocchi I agree that situations like this can be annoying. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours and sometimes, even shorter. Hopefully everything gets sorted out. :)
