I was on the premium account and upgraded to family but there is some kind of conflict.

As i live in Spain but payment via UK paypal account.

When i created a second spotify account to use the family account, tried to redeem it with the code.

Got error message that the accounts were not on the same country.

Real pain wasted a few hours on that. Trying to work it out.

I have cancelled the family account and then cancelled everything i believe.

So i now clicked on upgrade again to just standard premium account.

But i still see areas on my account that mention that i am on the family plan.

Can you please refund the extra payments i made towards family account.

I just want to make sure i am not paying several times now for the same service.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out to us.

 

You should be able to confirm your current subscription's status by logging in here, but the standard Premium subscription you've got now should kick in as soon as your family plan expires.

 

It would be best to reach our Support team via this contact form so they can take a closer look at your account. If you have already done this and you've only received an automated reply so far, try replying to it and one of our folks should help out.
