cancelled my free trial subscription, still charged.

I cancelled my subscription over a week before the free trial ended and it still charged me and overdrew my bank account. I messaged asking for a number to get ahold of someone and just got redirected to the forum with no solution or number. From being run around for so long my bank account is now over negative $100 due to the overdraft and late fees. This needs to be solved before my paycheck goes in this week or I have to contact the better business bureau. I really wish this service would have worked out. Up until this happened I was really happy with spotify.
