cancelled sub still runninjg-???

My spotify just took my cash from my bank while i had cancel my sub a month ago(i only payed for a month),and i checked that i cancelled my sub, and i did. STILL it took money and it dosnt even say that im subscribing on twitch, and i cant even find any support mail, but that wil take a while to get answer.

I have the cancellation notice and Spotify is still taking money from my account. I don't know what's going on.

Check your profile on the website to see if you're still Premium. If your profile says you still are, cancel it, and delete your payment info, regardless of what any previous email might say.

Once canceled, you'll still be on Premium for the remainder of the month you've paid for, but after that it will revert back to Free.

Thats bull**bleep**, i cancelled my sub and next month is still takes money?? Even when i havent even signed up for anything.

Just delete your payment info. That way they won't be able to charge you for anything.

What I'm suggesting you to do is this:

1. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS. If it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

Note: If you have your Premium active you won't be able to remove your payment info. That's why it's important to cancel before clicking UPDATE DETAILS.
