Hi everyone I tried searching for this topic but could find anything. When trying to bill my sprint account I get this message...

You've reached the limit on active subscriptions per mobile number for Spotify.

what do I do??

Do you already have active subscriptions on your mobile bill? Also what operator are you with?

ok i have tried things and i now have the solution. even if you haven't payed for the product, the boku text message you recieved with the verification code still counts as an 'active subscription'. to solve this problem, you need to text 'STOP' to the same number that you recieved your verification code on.

 

After that, everything should work like normal.
